1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Proof such as unboxing video or clear photos is provided
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size, color, or design issues (unless wrong item sent)
- Minor color variations due to screen resolution
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please provide your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images or unboxing video.
3. Return Pickup & Shipping
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping
- For approved issues from our side, return shipping will be free
- In other cases, shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund via UPI or Bank Transfer
Note: COD handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is available only for damaged or wrong products
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
